Your role
► Configure, manage, test and document different types of databases, networks, servers, storage and security equipment
► Maintain, troubleshoot and repair different IT networks and overall systems for our clients
► Work with various tools and platforms such as Cisco, VMWare, SQL, etc.
► Perform assessments of existing sites and propose improvements or corrections
► Support the Operation and Maintenance activities of our clients, from Tier 1 to 3 investigation and repair, depending on the cause
► When needed, participate in remote support of our client’s operations or carry out field interventions
What we are looking for
Must have:
► Associate’s or technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
► At least 1-2 years’ of related experience
► Experience with database configuration
► Good knowledge of virtualization methods and software
► Experience working with Fortinet
► Experience with network configuration and cybersecurity best practices
► Valid Driver’s License
► Available for occasional travel (estimated 10%) within the US and Canada (passport required)
► Fluent in written and spoken English

► Experience with programming
