Oversee quality processes, manage key documentation, track non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. Conduct internal audits and collaborate with teams to drive continuous service improvement.

► Risk & Incident Management: Analyze risks, identify vulnerabilities, and propose concrete mitigation strategies. Lead investigations on discrepancies and incidents, document each step, and follow through on corrective actions to turn challenges into improvement opportunities.

► Continuous Improvement: Monitor regulatory changes, industry standards, and sector trends. Analyze compliance data and performance indicators to detect patterns and recommend meaningful optimizations.
