Control Center Operator

from $23.00 to $33.45/hour

For more than a decade, it has been providing real-time monitoring of dozens of facilities across North America and Europe, including wind farms, solar plants, substations, and distribution networks, and much more. This is where our operators work around the clock, 24/7, to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of critical energy assets.

Your Profil

As a Control Center Operator, you will play a key role in the remote management and supervision of our partners’ facilities. You will be at the center of operations, where decisions are made to ensure the safety and performance of essential energy systems.

Your Role

Remotely monitor industrial assets and processes through our control platform
Apply decision-making procedures rigorously based on event prioritization
Coordinate safety instructions with on-site field teams
Write activity reports and document critical events
Contribute to continuous process improvement and overall control center efficiency

What We Are Looking For

You have a strong interest in renewable energy and technology
You are comfortable using computer tools
You remain calm, logical, and methodical in emergency situations
You are eager to take on new challenges, even without direct experience in the field, we provide full internal training

What You Need to Succeed

Functional bilingualism in French and English (essential)
Rotating 12-hour shifts based on operational needs (day, evening, night, weekends) following a 3-2-2-3 schedule
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Education or experience in automation, instrumentation, energy, or industrial monitoring (an asset)
