Your role

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects related to SCADA systems, industrial automation, and IT/OT infrastructures — primarily in the renewable energy and industrial sectors.

In concrete terms, you will be able to:

► Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements definition to commissioning.
► Develop schedules, budgets, and deployment plans while ensuring risk management and follow-up.
► Coordinate internal resources, partners, and suppliers to guarantee quality, timelines, and cost control.

► Ensure clear, structured communication with all stakeholders.
► Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices at Ganex.
► Play a key role in integrating cutting-edge technological solutions, both locally and internationally.

Your profil

► University degree in engineering (electrical, automation, computer, or related field) or in project management, with a strong understanding of technical environments.

► Functional bilingualism: You will work with both French- and English-speaking clients, as well as with all of our teams.

► 5 to 7 years of experience in managing technological or industrial projects.

► Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project or others).

► Excellent ability to plan, mobilize, communicate, and proactively solve problems.

► Knowledge of SCADA environments, automation, IT/OT, or critical infrastructure (a major asset).

► PMP certification or in the process of obtaining it (an asset).
