From technical challenges to leadership decisions.
You move easily from technical issues to executive decisions, giving your team the autonomy it needs to move forward. You step into the details when your input makes a difference. Your success will be measured by project performance, the growth of your team and the concrete improvements you bring to the organization.
You will give teams the means to deliver quality, predictable and profitable projects :

► Quickly identify at-risk projects and bring in the right people to unblock them.
► Strengthen the handoff between sales, estimating and delivery.
► Improve ways of working to make execution more efficient and predictable.
Your technical credibility lets you ask the right questions, challenge an approach and step in when it matters:
► Ensure the quality and consistency of engineering practices.
► Support teams through complex technical issues and architecture choices.
► Develop technical leads and their decision-making ability.
► Evolve standards, tools and work methods.
► Build the technical capabilities Ganex needs to grow.
As a management committee member, you will connect your department’s realities with Ganex’s direction.
► Set department priorities aligned with company objectives.
► Plan resources and develop the skills needed.
► Present results, capabilities and challenges to the management committee.
► Make recommendations and contribute to investment and growth decisions.
► Lead the rollout of strategic directions and improvement initiatives with the team.
